Clients experiencing abnormal healing or medical complications should immediately consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of Tattoo Kings and the individual artist until full payment has been received.

With client permission, Tattoo Kings may photograph or record completed tattoos and piercings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
At Tattoo Kings, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every tattoo we create. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, it's important to understand that the healing process varies from person to person. Factors such as skin type, placement, lifestyle, immune response, and proper aftercare all play a significant role in how a tattoo heals. For this reason, touch-ups are evaluated on an individual basis.
Tattoo Kings may provide a complimentary touch-up for tattoos that require minor adjustments due to normal healing, provided the following conditions are met:
Complimentary touch-ups are intended to correct small areas where ink may not have healed as expected and are offered at the discretion of your artist.
A touch-up fee may apply under the following circumstances:
Proper aftercare is essential to achieving the best possible healed result. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their artist. Failure to properly care for your tattoo may negatively affect healing and may void eligibility for a complimentary touch-up.
Touch-up appointments are available by appointment only. Before scheduling your tattoo must be completely healed so the artist can accurately assess whether a touch-up is necessary. Healing typically take from several weeks to thirty days, depending on the individual and the tattoo.
Every tattoo heals differently, and not every tattoo requires a touch-up. Your artist will examine the healed tattoo and determine whether a touch-up is appropriate and whether it qualifies under our complimentary touch-up policy. All decisions regarding complimentary touch-ups are made at the sole discretion of Tattoo Kings and the original artist whenever possible.
Our goal is for every client to leave Tattoo Kings with artwork they are proud to wear for a lifetime. If your healed tattoo requires a minor adjustment due to the normal healing process, we'll work with you to ensure the final result reflects the quality and craftsmanship we're known for. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to helping your tattoo look its absolute best.
